In Colombia 2017 is the “Year of France” so what better than to present a quick update on the work of a French Colombian. Marcos Avila Forero was born in Paris in 1983 and lives and works between there and Bogotá.
In 2012 he won the Prix Découverte des Amis du Palais de Tokyo 2012 and now he is taking part in the 2017 Venice Art Biennal. In the following video he presents his latest project visiting the people who live in the remotest places of Colombia.
